Shipping policy

When do we ship?

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, not on weekends. This can be 1-5 days after you place the order depending on your payment method and how long your financial institute takes to release the funds. For this reason we are unable to release orders urgently. 

Where do we deliver?

For a seamless delivery our preference is to ship to a business address where the appropriate staff & equipment are available to unload your order during normal  daytime business hours. 

We deliver Australia Wide.
We can deliver small orders under 5kg to Post Office boxes

We do not deliver overseas addresses.

How much does shipping cost?

The Delivery Fee is shown when you proceed to the Check Out stage before you complete your order and make payment. Select the most suitable option based on your delivery situation. Charges start from:

• $20 delivery fee: Flat rate Business to Business (B2B) metropolitan or capital city. Usually within 35km of State/Territory Capital city. The business must be open during standard office hours with someone available to receive the order. 
• Regional: Contact us via Email or Phone to obtain a delivery quote, based on your delivery address. Your location may incur additional fees/charges for selected products, we can offer payment over the phone for the additional amount. 

Free shipping offers may apply from time to time as advertised.

Is a signature required upon delivery?

All deliveries require a signature (proof of ID may be requested) and will arrive Monday - Friday during business hours. If you are not available to accept the delivery, a card will be left containing instructions for collection of your delivery and additional fees may apply. It's not preferred but we can change your deliver to ATL at your request.
