Consumer Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty Items - Manufacturer's Warranty 

If you believe an item is faulty, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible for assistance and instructions for the return of the item. 

Faulty items will need to be shipped back to NCPS Industrial at Unit 2, 1445 Main North Road, Para Hills West SA 5096. You will be responsible for shipping costs initially. Please ensure you keep the receipts for those costs, if the returned item is later confirmed to have a fault - whether major or minor - we will reimburse you reasonable postage or transportation costs.

Upon receipt of the item, we will consult with the manufacturer and will arrange inspection of the item to assess whether the problem is deemed to be a minor or major product fault, or if there is no fault.

  • If there is a minor problem with a product, we may repair the product or offer a replacement or refund.
  • If there is a major problem with a product, you will be offered a replacement or refund.
  • Where a product is damaged through misuse or abnormal use, we cannot provide a refund, replacement or repair and shipping costs will not be reimbursed.  In this instance if the item in in a repairable state, you may wish to pay for us to repair the item for you, or alternatively we will return the item in its current state. 

The manufacturer reserves the right to determine if the warranty claim is approved. 

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you received the wrong item, an item was incorrectly described or it was damaged during shipping, please contact our Customer Service Team on 08 8285 2344 as soon as possible, Mon-Fri 9 am - 5 pm (ACST).

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchange of products for change of mind.
