Where do we deliver?
We deliver products Australia Wide. We will work with the most suitable service provider for deliveries to your local area.
At this point in time we do not deliver to Post Office Boxes or overseas addresses.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch:
In-Stock items within 1 - 3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email upon dispatch of the order.
Ordered on Demand items within 3 weeks, subject to product availability. You will be contacted and advised of the estimated time for delivery by email. You will receive a tracking number by email upon dispatch of the order.
Delivery times will vary dependent on your location. Dispatch times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.
Occasionally, we will confirm ship and delivery times, then learn we are unable to fulfill the order due to low product availability. In these rare cases, we will notify by email of the new ship and delivery times or will arrange a full refund.
On the rare occasion a supplier is unable to fulfil your order that we order in on demand, we will inform you as soon as possible and will arrange a full refund.
While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us or payment authorisation delays.
How much does shipping cost?
A fixed-rate delivery fee of $10.00 per order will apply for online orders only. The Delivery Fee is shown when you proceed to the Check Out stage before you complete your order and make payment.

Free shipping offers may apply from time to time as advertised.
Is a signature required upon delivery?
All deliveries require a signature (proof of ID may be requested) and will arrive Monday - Friday during business hours. If you are not available to accept the delivery, a card will be left containing instructions for collection of your delivery.
